    <directions>Set oven at 350 degrees, grease a bread pan. 
Combine BW flour, baking soda, salt and turbinado sugar in a bowl. In a small bowl, soften margarine (or butter) and add oil. Add bananas and mash. Dump this bowl into the first and measure out 2 eggs worth of egg replacer (use box instructions).
Add egg replacer to first bowl and mix until wet.
Pour batter into greased pan. Bake until done, should be brown on the top and not squishy. Let pan cool for 10 minutes before upturning on cooling rack.
