Description

tastes like the real thing says my husband. I have never had the real thing but this is damn tasty

Ingredients

  • 1lb firm or extra firm tofu, frozen then thawed
  • 1 unit of celery? Stalk of celery! diced
  • 0.25 chopped medium red onion
  • 1 finely chopped small carrot
  • 0.75c soft tofu
  • 2T plus 1/2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 0.25t sea salt
  • 0.75t kelp powder
  • ds pepper
  • 2T oil and 2 tbsp braggs liquid aminos

Instructions

squeeze excess moisture out of the firm tofu and crumble into small pieces into a medium bowl. Combine the tofu, onion, celery and carrot.
In a food processor or blender combine the soft tofu, lemon juice or vinegar, salt, kelp powder, pepper, oil and braggs. Mix it all together.
