Description

Everything has a purpose! Lemon dries up mucus, honey soothes the throat, cayenne helps headaches and body aches and pains and helps bring down fever, mint helps clear nasal passages and is very relaxing, the white tea has low does of caffiene which helps asthma and the white tea it's self is a useful antioxidant.

In the boiling water steep tea for 5-10 minutes. Stir in honey, lemon and cayenne. If you add a little too much cayenne, you can balance it with a little more honey.

Soothing and helpful in relieving cold, flu and allergy symptoms. My OB/GYN gave me the OK to drink this during pregnancy, but you may want to check with yours first.

1 cup boiling water

2 tsp. honey

2 Tbl. lemon juice

1 bag (or equivalent of) of Zhena's Gypsy Tea in Sense Of Peace or other white tea/mint blend

Large pinch cayenne pepper
