Description

Preheat oven to 375.
Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl
Combine milk, applesauce, butter, egg.
Add milk mixture to oat mixture, stir well.
Pour into 8" square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake for 20 minutes, serve warm.

We added 1/2 cup walnuts and kids decided on no raisins. Very yummy and filling breakfast for a chilly morning.

2 cups oats

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup raisins

1 T chopped walnuts

1 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 cups fat free milk

1/2 cup applesauce

2 T butter, melted

1 large egg, beaten

  • 1c applesauce
