gratitudes
1. The chocolate malt with extra malt I just guzzled at my desk.
2. IT lady and office manager are both out (sit right by me), so I could make that really loud sucking sound to get the last bit of said malt.
3. Dress almost finished.
4. Apartment's clean.
5. New landlord. Could turn out to be a nightmare, but maybe not.
6. Spring.
7. I'm so fucking hot.
8. Rode bike in today.
9. Lead on new job.
10. Found hearts and rocks in jacket pocket that DS gave me last week. Kept them there.

I am so tired that I am almost slumped over on the keyboard but I'm thinking this is a good way to end my day! Geez. It isn't even 10 p.m. yet. I am a wimp!
1. D discovering her tummy today when she pushed up her shirt and felt her little round belly.
2. Long walk with D and dog after work today.
3. MIL and SIL called a family brunch for Sunday and I am getting out of of it because I am making baby baskets at the synogogue. Ha! No way they can criticize that!
4. Taxes owed were less than last years!
5. Website design for work is in the home stretch.
6. Worked at home this afternoon.
7. Good friends.
8. Lemonade.
9. Spring is here!!!
10. Saw a new kind of spring flower today. Now I can't remember what it was... but it was beautiful.

I love this! In defiance of our current administration, I have reclaimed "values" and April's focus is GRATITUDE!
1. Healthy children.
2. Friendship. (A blessing of inestimable worth.)

4. Desert wildflowers! (CA rains renewed my enthusiasm! The cholla blossom is exquisite, I'd like to paint a room. . .)
5.Organic chocolate chip cookies from my "healthy" neighborhood artisan baker!!! These taste sooo naughty, make the perfect lunch, and I drank a cold glass of milk with it. Nirvana.
6. The Goddess Tarot deck.
7.My frisky husband! (Smiling today? Oh, yeah!)
8. Corn dogs. (So, I'm white trash. I'm over it.)
9. Libraries!!!
10. The Mary Tyler Moore Show. (Thank gawd for re-runs.)
And, something I never thought I would be grateful for, the prose of Judy Blume. My daughter has read Are You There God, It's Me Margaret the entire afternoon. I am waiting for the question "What's a belt?"
