I'm afraid to answer the phone because it could be a bill collector, but I'm afraid to not answer the phone because it could be about one of the billion jobs I've applied for.
Though I think it's safe to assume who's calling. I have tons of debt, but not a single one of the billions of jobs I've applied for have called even once. Yeah, I'm not answering the phone.
Anyone else have the unemployment/underemployment blues? Wanna whine with me?

I have recently blogged of my employment woes. They're totally compounded by the fact that i would rather be a stay at home mom and totally resent having to work more hours to keep my family afloat. At least i really enjoy teaching.
I'll root for you if you root for me, or even if you don't. Stupid fucking shit economy.

Milford says he can't declare it officially until he's finished all his interviews, but he's 95% sure that he'll be calling me friday to offer me the job. Starting salary is 500 euros higher than what i've been making this year! Same amount of teaching hours that I was doing last year (and yet 300 euros more money). Mainly afternoons/evenings. The first year i would be laid off in the summer, but every year after that i would have a 12 month contract!
