5. i am ready for a break after this week, Rescue will be in the final cut stage and I can put it down for a week or so, before I get the feedback i need from my mentor/instructor on the final changes that need to be made, then she gets handed over to the folks who need her most....i am grateful for this opportunity, and ready for some rest. time to switch gears. i am ready for it. time to embrace.

Four stars and they're all

Four stars and they're all twinkling! I am so thrilled for you, this editing business seems labyrinth and complex and really takes a lot of will and someone to keep the overall picture in mind, ie you.

bring on the second round, we're ready!

thinking of you your liverpool connection

i am ready!

Love today was challenging, we made less progress on Rescue, more on Computer Love - this is how it goes sometimes!

i was so upset today that i walked into a church *which i enjoy doing from time to time* and channeled while sitting on a pew.

just a few minutes prior to that, i walked into a woman's homeless shelter thinking it was part of the church and considered for a split second doing a documentary on them!

i found my way to the next stop, it was hot today, and i needed to take a mental break.

i work too hard sometimes!

BUT, things are really coming together and i want them both in the festival, people will really enjoy them!

your friend and thank you for your ongoing support!

four stars and they're all

four stars and they're all twinkling! Well done , a great project, that you believe in, that reaks of integrity AND genuinely informs and entertains an audience plus it is helping a vulnerable group of peeps! It doesn't get much better for a fledgling auter.

editing seems a real labour of love, with the emphasis on the labour! i imagine you in a little dark room keeping the ship on course.

bring on round 2, i know you're more than ready

good luck and the best possible wishes,
your sister under the skin

bah, the editing process!

Love i love making movies, and post production is hardcore to say the least!

i'm winding this mother down, i really need too - i can feel it! my team is amazingly supportive and understands my desire to wrap her up!

i want to move onto the next project, i can whip out the rest of my jail script when this movie is complete, i know i can do it.

the oddest part of editing is that it's a fine line between technical skills and an eye for storytelling - i've found that i can handle it better when i can match my style of directing with the editors style of working.

shit! it is like a dark room! i imagine it like this - a stormy two person boat, pitch black sky and rain pouring down - i'm giving some direction and the paddling and the other guy is holding the umbrella continuing to reposition it around us while he looks out to sea with a long telescope!

i swear it's all true!
