so this is what i need to do - this is what my movie looks like:

and this is what my movie looks like!

hello ladies!! i miss you and i've been thinking about you!

the razzle - the dazzle, i live for this shit!

wish me luck!

the guys and i banged out a rough cut of the first half of my film - *they worked on the editing prior to me getting off work, and i made some suggestions!*. mike play listed some of my movie song suggestions and everyone liked it!

we're having fun!

tomorrow, is the final shoot!

creating an ethiopian restaurant from scratch was challenging and amazing! my set designer stacy rocked it out for the crew!

i'm excited to see the final product - tomorrow we shoot the apartment scenes, and the montage of marissa getting ready for her online dates.

i love you - forever!

thanks baby!

Party we just wrapped up the after party! 2 corona's and some hot homemade chicken and dumplin's!

we watched the dailies and it was wonderful!

marissa is an A list actress! good stuff! she can't be beat!

as a group we created the finest film, from scratch! john hughes is proud!

i love this group and after shooting it's always bittersweet/sad/a weird kind of let down. i'll miss working with these guys, this is the only group/team project that we're creating, the rest of the quarter is focused on the class project.

thank you for your kindness, interest, friendship and support!

love - CX

you handled it like a pro

Party now i can put the party sign up again!

seriously - i know how scary that was, i'm sorry that you had to go through it. it was an honest mistake, and of course, they knew it.

i think it's cool that you walked it and showed your "true face". when i walked in and talked to my instructor about how i felt in regards to a crazy teammate posting lies about me on facebook, over her being asked IF she could pitch in a measley $10-20 to help feed the crew, i was crushed and cried in front of him.

this shit is real and it not only rocks us to the core, but people need to see how it effects us and who we really are.

anyways, this is history now. you did good.

love you - your friend - CX

nutjob 101!

Party girl, it was hardcore, and i'm exaggerating even a little bit!

my counselor described her as "hysterical" and lacking the life skills necessary, to even live/make it on her own in the real world. point blank.

it was hurtful, and i had to let it go - i recently forgave one other person who tried to side with her over the facebook fiasco, i had a good friend and teammate recently remind me that she probably didn't know that she was supporting a crazy person.

out of a 6 person team, there are only 2 of left in class?!! how funny is that?

crazy is as crazy does, baby.

plus - in the industry it's a well known common courtesy to provide food for the crew, period. we all know this - and i was in the right to ask EVERYONE if they could pitch in. in the end, i provided the food for everyone to enjoy, and i was more than happy to do it.

food is usually provided even on smaller independent productions, guerrilla films, etc.

this is how we roll.

everyone was relieved when she dropped out, because her insanity lead her to talk to herself in class, and it got to the point where she was having angry conversations with herself. nuts!

love and thank you for understanding - CX

Is the martini poster part of your movie?

Or is it a symbol of razzle dazzleness? I've been wanting to try some Ethiopian food, you just reminded me. Glad that everything came together so far! I could see making/directing movies being a lot of fun- stressful- but fun.

just the good ol' fashioned razzle/dazzle!

Party hello birdbrains - good question! you know me, sometimes i speak in such an odd way, it makes un-sense!

whatever that means!

yes - it's a metaphor? you know that i like to use pictures to describe what i'm doing, how i feel, etc.

sometimes it works out better that way, i think?!

at any rate, film making can be stressful, but it's more like "all about the project". i will do anything for my films, to complete the project, etc.

in the moment, you forget about the pressure, etc. you just dive in.

often times i still can't believe that i'm even doing this, i suspect it will always be that way for me!
