I'm glad I rediscovered TMBG in recent years- I knew this chick back in high school who really liked them and irritated me beyond belief- now, she doesn't bother me so much- but back then I kind of refused to listen to TMBG because she gushed about them all of the time sitting near me in math class. I think she's got pretty great musical taste- she's kinda like, OMG! still (maybe a Northern variety of a California Valley girl???) but last time she came into town we went to a concert together and it was cool. ANYHOW-
This makes me wanna animate. Thanks for sharing! 
I DID do a painting in high school when I was 16 that was inspired by the Birdhouse in Your Soul song. It was hanging in a local coffee house- this guy who would become my fiance when I was 20 came up to me one day in a bookstore and told me that he liked my painting. So I suppose, TMBG are partially responsible for me ever having met my ex-fiance, who is truly one of the people who has come the closest to me on this earth and is someone who brought me closer to myself.
Uh, yeah, I guess I'm just in a sharing mood right now. Hmmm....maybe I should go cook some dinner or something, lol.....
I third the Good Yule greetings. I put up a (real...) evergreen tonight, decorated and everything. The whole project probably cost me $50, and only $30 of that will be usable another year...but I needed it! I really did. I felt pretty happy today, in general, but I've been so low lately, I needed something light and pretty.
