Hello Mamas!
Jeepers! it has been so long since I've been here! Crazy summer, crazy fall...I hope all is well here in Mamaland, I'll get to reading everything soon! I'm hoping to get back on here, I miss my mama support village!
Where to start? the
BearMan is 18 months old! Holy crap! He's a charmer, that one 
He is talkative...although he is still only sounding instead of using actual words. His sounds make it pretty obvious what he wants though. Energetic as all get out. Carries around a tiny stuffed kitty for most of the day, who has recently started eating his food, and being stuffed down my shirt so that kitty can have milk 
The psycho ex aka BD is still a psycho. Seriously. Holy frig. That bizzarre idea I had had about abuse ENDING when the relationship did, how wrong was I?!?! shit.
We're back living with my parents. We'd moved out of our apartment, and in to a room with my friend C and her kids, then got stalked out of there, too. So we're back with my parents. I keep trying to remember that a free home is a good home, even when they make me want to bash my head through the wall.
I was dating a very sweet fellow since June..but I just ended that about a week ago (at least the relationship part, NOT the gratuitous sex part ;D )I just wasn't thrilled, didn't want that added into all the other craziness in my life right now.
I am still not working, living off of child tax benefits (again, yeehaw free rent!). I'm working on possibly starting up a little store in the new year...I'm hoping hoping hoping!
Anyways, I'm off to bed, but again, I'm hoping to be on here more

I was just thinking about you the other day and wondering how you and the bear were doing! Glad to "see" you. Bear looks soooooo cute! I know just what you mean about him being talkative with no actual words but getting what he means across-- T. is just the same! It's funny, I always though Bear was SO MUCH OLDER than T. But now that they are 18 mos. and 14 mos. I'm like, they are the same age! ha.

holy crap, everyone is coming out of the woodwork, better get my update ready too! bear is so BIG and cuute! i too am having to take advantage of the rent free aspect of living with parents. it is not forever. repeat this and it helps with the head bashing against wall urges.

first off - you and the bears look sensational!
seconds - i say: rock out your parents home - it sounds like a much stabler situation overall, than where you just left. i remember sometime ago, when you posted about the prospects of moving into your friends place.
overall, i'm glad that you're out of there, and onto bigger, better and safer things. your safety is all i'm concerned about.
i know it must be a little sad that you left the sweet guy you were dating, *sans the sexual healing!* but here's a plus:
you left that relationship when your gut instinct told you too. this is good stuff - don't underestimate your instincts when it comes to this! you did great!
and p.s. - don't tolerate or be afraid of your ex, you've grown up immensely since then, you're not the same person!
