Description

No two things compliment each other more than avocado and dulse!

Ingredients

2 avocados, chopped up small
1 big handful of dulse, cut into pieces
1clvgarlic, minced
1 tomato, chopped
2Themp seeds(optional)
1⁄2tlemon or lime juice

Instructions

mix everything in a bowl. You can add some cayenne pepper to taste if you like it spicy.

Eat in any way you can think of. I like mine on a raw corn tortilla with greens. Or by itself. Or on nachos.
