Description
No two things compliment each other more than avocado and dulse!
Ingredients
| 2 | avocados, chopped up small | |
| 1 | big handful of dulse, cut into pieces | |
| 1 | clv | garlic, minced |
| 1 | tomato, chopped | |
| 2 | T | hemp seeds(optional) |
| 1⁄2 | t | lemon or lime juice |
Instructions
mix everything in a bowl. You can add some cayenne pepper to taste if you like it spicy.
Eat in any way you can think of. I like mine on a raw corn tortilla with greens. Or by itself. Or on nachos.
