Description
A super nutritious chia based "porridge" for little ones
Ingredients
| 1 | tbsp | chia seed |
| 1⁄4 | t | chlorella |
| 1⁄4 | tsp | bee pollen |
| 1 | t | yacon syrup(liquid sweetener) |
| 1⁄4 | t | raw chocolate powder(optional) |
| 3 | T | water/breastmilk |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let it sit for about 10 minutes until it thickens. Add more water or breastmilk for a thinner consistency.
The Yacon syrup can be replaced with any other liquid sweetner, I use yacon because its sweet, low glycemic and nutritious.
Sometimes I add chocolate to this, sometimes not. Sometimes i'll add some vanilla.
