Pin the tail on the dormouse? apparently they have furry tails, you could even get some fun fur fabric for that bit...
Have them make mad hatter hats?
Decorate teacakes or tea cookies?

For M1's fifth bday we had an Alice in Wonderland party. We played pin the smile on the cat, we made hats with cheap craft store straw hats & feathers & sequins, there was a croquet game (kind of), and an Alice-themed treasure hunt.
It might still be my favorite of all the kid's b-day parties we've thrown. Although the mystery one where everyone decorated detective notebooks with stickers (and beloved sequins) & we broke into teams & played Clue was a pretty good one too. And always with the treasure hunt...

D'oh! Yeah. We played musical chairs & served tea with the cake. We do "kid's tea" which is the Celestial Seasoning's Almond herbal tea (no caffeine) & add milk & sugar to it.
