Finally... HE has time to post a birth story!!
She will be 3 wks old tomorrow. I am still in pain from tailbone fracture, and cramping, and so so in love. Isn't it truly a miracle that you are able to love another baby. I thought before she was born that really, a fourth, how could I love her like the other three. I thought this every time I had a baby. And just like that your heart grows another nodule, and voila, you are full of love once again. This recovery has truly been a rough one, and I am warned by the midwives everytime you have another baby it is a little rougher. Yup I find it true.
So here is DH birth story coming from his side. Hee hee. He left out the feeling of her coming through my pelvis like a freight train, I could literally feel every inch of my body open and her fly out. I screamed the f-bomb so loud that my mom looked away from me, my daughter giggled, and the midwives had crinkles in their eyes from trying to suppress laughter. Such a short labor felt like I was induced(I Know because that has happened before). But at the end, when she floated up through the water to my belly. I was oh so proud of myself. I just kept yelling "I did it!, I really did it! Do you see what I did?!" I kept thinking how close to death you come trying to get a child out, and that is childbirth. The starting of life. I f-ing rock! I did it! hehe http://totorovan.blogspot.com/2009/02/juniper-is-here.html
The pictures you have seen before. But the story is all his and ours.

How beautiful, Mama! Awesome story from dad - we rarely get to see that.
Btw, during my little girl's birth, I dropped the F bomb as well
