The recovery is killing me..
Until I feel strong enough to write the whole birth story this is my recovery so far. It is 10 days in and still in agonizing pain. As I said before labor was fast and furious. I gave birth squatting like a frog in the bathtub, which was wonderful and exactly like I wanted. She literally flew out of me. No control, my body overtook any rational thought I may have had. The force ended up fracturing my tailbone. So on top of recovering from childbirth I am dealing with a fractured tailbone. And it f-ing hurts!@ Like a bitch.. And then everytime I try to poop(tmi I know but don't care) I restrain my ligaments that hold up my uterus. So I am in pain, yup lots of pain but I have this wonderful new life looking up at me and then I am totally and utterly in love again. And then I am even more in love with my husband who I created this little person with.

fast recovery vibes to you!
: )
mega OUCH, mama!!
god, I hated pooping post-partum. I was completely addicted to stool softeners (nothing is TMI for me!).
Childbirth is such a wild ride (at least was for me) and recovery felt like forever with my old -35!- body...No bouncing right back for me! But aren't our babies just the biggest loves???
Juniper is just beautiful; your children are all just total beauties, just like their mama!

your baby is beautiful, summer. I hope you feel better soon!

I've broken my tail bone twice - I was young and childless, and it still suuucckkked, both times. That's a tough recovery for you mama. You can safely take lots of arnica. It might help a little. It's worth seeing a osteopath about it, they'll adjust you (and
and it might really help your tail heal faster once it's all lined up right.
I love the sweet little nibbly toes.
damn thats a good lookin baby, mama for real. I've broken my tailbone its twelve years later and i still can't sit through a whole movie at the theater without constantly having to move and it hurts when it rains, that totally sucks let alone after giving birth and i always wanted to delivery squatting like that!! It seems so natural to me. yeah for you mama j
