vibes request.
Yesterday my van broke (spewing oil with no warning) and it's really cold outside (esp. for here - we are below freezing and have been, and will be, and normally it's just rainy) and today, on his way to work, my husband's van broke. We have no money to fix the vehicles as he was out of work for the last six months. Now he has a job, but we owe money to friends and family. Sucks. I know a lot of things could be worse and are worse. I know it will somehow be ok eventually. But it sucks. In our ruralish area I will have to walk 3+ miles with my son (carrying and walking) to get to town, and obviously I won't be able to carry much back. So I am feeling kind of panicky.
