Help me pick a Dorothy costume?

I want to be Dorothy for Halloween, but not SEXY Dorothy. On the above link are a few reg dorothy costumes. The plus sizes will work too (I'm a 14-16) and I can cinch them if needed.
There are 2-3 to pick from and I'm getting confused. They seem the same.
Can you take a look at the above page (if you have any time) and help me? Or, if you have another better site for costumes?
