disadvantaged women paying for the privilege of going to Saipan or somewhere and becoming indentured servants (well, we need to feed you AND give you all of those hormones, these things cost money) so that rich americans can eat breast milk ice cream.
(this is where "made in america" garments come from, why not "made in america" breastmilk?)

I really question PETA's focus and tactics. Often. Animal safety and rights can be be such a good cause. But they manage to screw it up by being sexist incessantly and just damn weird. Why throw lactating moms under the bus? And out of all the companies, Ben & Jerry's has been using hormone free milk since before it was hip, and is otherwise a remarkably progressive company. Why target them and be bizarre when there are factory farms out there and fast food chains?

i am spending a significant percentage of my time right now hooked up to a double breast pump. it is a labor of love. i can't imagine a woman who would do it for mere cash...let alone damn ice cream.
speaking of...i gotta get back to the pump.
