Girls are at school, I'm not working...oh so much to be grateful for!
1. Going to see Jack J*hnson tonight, so damn excited I can hardly wait! My dad is picking the girls up and taking care of them all night, which is a first but also a great thing considering we barely talked to one another 2 years ago.
2. Quiet house. I'd love to say it is weird, but no, peaceful is the right word.
3. Ava has finally really come out of her shell and has her first playdate without me tomorrow. She is so excited and I am so excited for her.
4. Because I teach where the girls go to school, I get to see them throughout the day. I am ever so grateful for this luxury. Yes, I barely bring home a paycheck, but it is still the best situation for right now.
5. Hip Mama. I'm not around much, but still poke in now and again and you mamas ground me in a way that makes me a better woman. Thanks a million times over!

I guess you decided to keep the girls in your school then? That's good that you get to see them frequently. Are they happier now? Maybe it was just an adjustment period?

Thanks for remembering, SQ. Yes, after much painful toiling back and forth, I decided to keep them there one more year, until Ava goes into Kindergarten and then who knows what next year will bring!
The concert was amazing. I love that guy so much...nice image to have in my head for awhile.
