I love photobooth.
Other than fraking around like that, I am just chilling, reading House of Leaves, but about to go watch an episode of Buffy and work on the jacket I'm trying to make for myself in forest green (I'm about 2 inches in):
I baked some wheat-free carrot muffins today, using coconut flour and they are YUMMY! We've been munching on those all day. I also cleaned out all of my drawers and closet of stuff that doesn't fit anymore and needs to be taken to the goodwill (I have about 2 shirts and a pair of pants left), and took ds for a walk in the Rhododendron Garden where we fed the ducks and just hung out, talked to squirrels and looked at the sky. A pretty good day, all in all!

I was more intimidated by your project just thinking of the time involved. Seriously, it would take me half the year minimum. I am really, really excited to see yours.
...but you don't need an excuse to watch Buffy! It's awesomeness is reason enough! Just an opinion, mind you... Did you watch Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog?

Omg! You're gonna MAKE that? Yourself? Awesome! Also, tell me how House of Leaves is. I've been listening to Poe's album, Haunted, fairly continuously over the last few years and have always wanted to pick up the book, but heard it was a difficult read. Supposedly if you have the Haunted album and read House of Leaves, the songs are supposed to correspond with what's going on in the book.

i think that is my favorite book ever. i love when people mention it. it is so obscure and so amazing... its been a couple years since i read it, so the details are fuzzy for me, but if you ever wanna talk about, send me a message.
my husband and i were reading it at the same time, fighting for turns to read... with about a dozen bookmarks. the story is so engaging. i remember feeling spooked in broad daylight. really, an amazing book.
where the type is all upside down and tricky to read, or am i thinking of something else??
i just realized that you already mentioned the upside-down text in 'house of leaves', so i guess my question is answered. gosh is my attention to detail pathetic...

is take some lessons. I need to cross to the next level, but need one on one. Knitting is the one thing I get jonesing for in the Fall.
makes my nipples hard! seriously, i want one. good luck with it, i hope it turns out as gorgeous as the picture. how long will it take to do something that big? i've no idea about this stuff, i've never knitted before in my life...
also, gotta say i LOVE that chick's hair. that's the look i used to go for, but i finally had to come to terms with the fact that my stick straight, thin, baby fine hair will neeeever do anything cool like that, no matter how much product-y crap i smush into it. oh well...
