Day one- Gluten,dairy,sugar,caffeine-free
I can't believe it's already hard. And it's all because of the coffee. I have a wicked head ache. I can't believe missing one stupid cup of coffee can give you withdrawal symptoms!
For breakfast I had honeydew and cantelope, with raspberry tea. Then I had a whole bunch of snacks:
peanuts, veggie booty, 2 hard boiled eggs, a May's gluten-free fruit n nut bar, pistachios, and an apple.
I also want to keep track of my weight this month. I'm starting off at 152.
I'm still feeling hungry, somehow all those snacks aren't filling. I need some protein. Probably for dinner I'll have potatoes, polish sausage, and a salad. So far I've been kind of bitchy to everyone bc of the caffeine headache.
Wildraven, how's it going?

That going cold turkey is really hard -- can you do green tea for a week?
I find that sweet potatoes help with the sweet craving/satisfaction level.

yeah, I'm rethinking caffeine. I don't really have an abuse problem with it the way I do with sugar or overuse like with dairy & gluten.
