in sending prayers, vibes, loving thoughts or whatever feels right to you to all the people suffering in China from the earthquake. My heart breaks for all those mamas holding their dead children, and those who haven't been able to find them in the crumbled buildings. I feel so impotent and useless witnessing their suffering. I don't know what to do but I felt compelled to acknowledge it.
