vibes and prayers for my midwife

Submitted by sweetdumpling on Wed, 05/14/2008 - 8:41pm.

i thought i could ask for some help from all of you wonderful women.
my midwife, penny, has just been diagnosed with leukemia. she was fine last week, but came down with fevers and what-not and was admitted thursday. she's one of the most wonderful and caring women that i have ever met. she needs vibes for a fast recovery. she deserves the best, because thats all she ever gives us.

thanks so much for your help.

It's weird but this happened to other friend midwives recently. I hope everyone is OK.

healing hearts, full recovery, no fever/illness, support, friends and family, healing light, love, hope and faith. she will beat the odds.

keep us updated on how she's doing, dumplin.

is that she's doing better. the vibes are working - as usual!
she's got a 70% chance (well, thats what they say the recovery rate is for this in adults), which i find reassuring. he's going through radiation right now, and then will start chemo when she's well enough.

thanks everyone!
