Crafty mamas, baby leg warmers?

Submitted by bleu7102 on Sat, 05/03/2008 - 2:59pm.

Hey mamas, I know I've seen where some of you have made your own leg warmers for your kiddos. Ummm, how? I mean, if any of you would be so kind as to explain I'd be forever grateful Smiling Is it possible to do without a sewing machine, just hand stitching? My sewing machine is being a bastard right now (probably cause I've used it like 3 times) and it's not wanting to work. Thanks for any help!

Awesome, thanks guys! Maybe I'll just get my mom to make me some Eye-wink Neither of us knit, but those were super cute Strange Quark! And Bitchface, the ones you made your DS were too neat, he looked so cute in them!

if you have a machine, but I have never tried it by hand. I bet if you did the stitches tight enough it would probably come out even better just more time consuming
this is mine, there's a link to where I got my instructions in there too
