Are you ready? Here is the noise a six year old makes when he gets water in his eyes in the bathtub. AAAAAAIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEE waahhhhHHHHAAAA!!!! IT HURTS! I HATE THIS! I WANT TO GET OUT! Did you enjoy that? Neither did I. Sure, a little piece of me wanted to yell "SHUT THE FUCK UP", but I was cool, I was calm. It was all good. I just wanted to share my pain. Thanks, and have a great night! We have the little one hold a washcloth over his eyes. If you are quick about it you can usually rinse all the shampoo out before the washcloth becomes saturated. I used to be soaked from head to toe...and I had to mop the bathroom after the hair washing nightmare.
Thank God that as she gets older it has gotten a lot easier.
