i am so close to weening mecah! i can feel it. i've got her down to one feeding a day, just once at night, and not even the "get her to go to sleep" kind of feeding. i've started falling asleep before her, and she just kind of goofs around and falls asleep on her own. i know that i was advised to nurse her for 2 yrs because of her kidney issue. but, i have been nursing her for 21+ months and i have a running nursing total of almost 4 years, if you count the 2 i already put in with dean. mecah has been drinking lots and lots of milk, soy and goats milk to replace. but, she has been really hard on my nipples, and the "girls" aren't doing so well. any advice for how to break it to mecah would be appreciated.
