Vibe me

I've found really wonderful new office space for my private practice, with what seems like a fabulous group of colleagues--it's beautiful, professional, well set up...it seems like a supportive atmosphere with big referral potential and I think my business could really grow there. It's pretty much exactly what I've been looking for, and I feel like I belong there. And that if I don't take the space that's been offered me I will forever stagnate in the shithole I'm in now. The hitch: rent is 5x what I pay now, and they don't want my current office mate to move with me as her modality overlaps with some of the other practitioners already there. I only work part time. Part of me wants to grab up the space while I can and eat the extra finance until I find a good new office mate--but really I know that would be irresponsible to my family. It's a risk I don't feel right taking. My first couple of choices for office mates have declined for various reasons and there's no one else on my list I feel very optimistic about.
So, I need the universe to manifest someone fabulous for me to share space with, or for the collective to decide to accept my current co-roomer, or...??? I'd like to think it will all work out, but I'm feeling a time crunch and need to make a call soon.
Thanks.

***the United States is one of only four out of 168 countries studied to not have some form of paid family leave for new moms. We join Swaziland, Papua New Guinea, and Lesotho in not having that policy in place. ***
