We think we have found the place. Its in the neighborhood we want. It has a yard the size of a football field roughly. We can have chickens there, and a gigantic garden. A good sized kitchen and a garage for DH to tinker in. We will be putting in our bid. and no drama on the way...here you go! sounds like exactly what I am looking for, I hope we get it!! we've got to let love rule vibes to you that you have smooth sailing. we got a call two nights ago that our loan fell through. we had 100% financing with the state bond program, then a week before closing the private mortgage insurance companies in tx decided that they would not offer insurance on anyone who wasn;t putting a downpayment on a house (ie us) so we had to come up with an extra 2000 to put a 3% down to do FHA. luckily it was approved and we're still full steam ahead. MIL is in town this weekend and DH and I are packing up as much as we can while she is here to watch DS for us. VIBES TO YOU!!!!!! Chickens! Does your realtor feel it's a fair offer? Are there multiple bidders? I hope you get it, I am a big fan of chickens. Vibes!!!!
