Deviled Eggs! So delish.
Here's the recipe for deviled eggs I've invented over several batches. I call them Smoky Curry Eggs. I'd love it if someone would try it and tell me how they turn out!
-8 large eggs
-about 1/4 cup mayo - give or take to your taste
-1 tbl. mustard - any will do
-5-10 dashes Tabasco or other hot sauce
-1 tbl. Worcestershire's Sauce
-1 1/2 tbl. yellow curry powder
-1 dash cumin
-a pinch of salt
-a pinch of pepper
-1/2 dill pickle spear - finely minced
-1 thin slice of onion finely minced and mixed with pickle
hardboil eggs, cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out yolk. crumble up the yolk so that it's almost like a powder. throw in the ingredients and mix for about a minute and adjust the taste. Pipe into eggs with an icing bag or just a ziplock. YUM.
