Thanks for sharing I'm gonna have to find something for my son's toddler birthday as a way of being fair and even. thank goodness that effort is still several years away! and i love the second photo - the way she's staring at the cake is priceless. you rock mama.

Look at that little sweetheart she still can't take her eyes off of it!  thanks! I really prolonged the cutting for like 5-10 minutes just so she could enjoy it. I let the kids try some of the "fire breath" (fruit roll ups) while they waited though I am so impressed!!! You did a great job and i'm sure she loved it so much! |
It's Ord, her favorite blue dragon from the Dragon Tales show. I worked until 2am the night before putting this cake sculpture together. I had never done a constructed cake before. She loved it and the kids loved calling dibs on different body parts. I couldn't even watch the cutting part. The design is something dh found online and fwded to me. If you ever want to make this cake, the tutorial is
