Apparently, viewing, commenting, putting thumbs up on the comments of others, and rating the video on youtube are all helpful. Dashboard Confessional will choose four of the video submissions then put them on their MySpace page, at which time final voting would occur.
So, I guess you'd have to have a MySpace account at the least.
