pic ho for the hell of it
mediation is today in about 3 hours. my girl is off at the zoo with a friend for the day. i am trying to keep myself grounded.
so i took this last night after i'd had two beers:

i picked these for myself about 20 minutes ago:

and here are my tomatoes. i usually hate my chainlink fence but at least you can tie things and grow things on it.

and it makes me really, really want sushi. But everything makes me want sushi today.
I love what you pulled out of your garden. DH and I were so proud yesterday when he found big ol peas out in our sorely neglected garden. Sebastian tried a raw pea and gagged on it (not choking, mind you, he had chewed it well), he proceeded to vomit all over himself and me. Good times - but at least we don't have to share our peas!!
Your tomatoes look incredible, my tiny plants haven't yet decided if they will grow anything of substance, I'm alright either way - this being my first ever garden, and more of an curiosity than anything I actually expected to make food. I am amazed by anyone who grows real food, you're amazing, Lucy Pinball!
love, love, love the first picture!!!
those vegetables are amazing. i am sooooo jealous, i started out growing a tomato plant out of the bottom of a huge bucket, but i have a really, really, really black thumb and gave it to my mil after i started killing it
hope you enjoyed your day to yourself!!
and i'll second the awe of your tomatoes. my spindly plant has ONE tomato so far. ::sigh:: hope the mediation went well.
