pizza dough - help!
I am going to make this pizza recipe tonight. I want to freeze some of the dough as suggested. Problem is, I have no idea how to freeze dough nor how to thaw and roll, rise, shape. Any advice?

I usally just throw it in a greased ziploc, and defrost on the counter for a few hours and then roll or shape it, till it fits yer pan, when I make homemade dought I usally have to let it "rest" a little as I am streching it. So its strech, rest, strech, rest and so on until it fits the pan, if you like pan style with a crispy crust put extra olive oil in the pan before you put the crust in ( little tip I learned working at Pizza Hut in H.S.) GOOD LUCK!

thanks for the tip, i've always wondered how to freeze my leftover dough. i'm so going to make some to freeze for a "rainy day".
and that recipe looks great HB thanks!
little personal sized pizzas (sauce and toppings included) and freeze on a cookie sheet then bag.
If you want to skip the top, roll them out and freeze, when you want to use them, bake until crust is defrosted, then top and bake until done.
