Description
For meat eaters, this is really yummy and super easy.
Ingredients
| 1 | lb | Ground beef |
| 1⁄2 | c | chopped onion |
| 2 | T | flour |
| 2 | t | salt |
| 1⁄4 | t | pepper |
| 1⁄2 | pk | mushrooms sliced |
| 1 | cn | Cream of Chcken soup undiluted |
| 1 | c | sour cream |
| 1 | pk | noodles I use the large twisted egg noodles |
| 2 | T | chopped parsley |
Instructions
In a pot, boil the water for the noodles. When water is boiling, add noodles. Let noodles cook while you prepare sauce.
In a frying pan, brown the meat and the onion. When meat is cooked, pour out the grease. Add the flour, salt, pepper and the mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes over Medium heat uncovered. Pour into a clean pot. Add the soup to the pot and let simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. If noodles are done, drain and set aside. Stir in the sour cream to the soup and meat mixture. Add the noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
