'Member Me?

It's been over six months since I could even view this site, much less post or catch up on other mamas' goings on, and I'm not sure if anyone would remember me in the first place, but I thought I'd try and give this another go and --- viola!---somehow, magically, I was able to log on again (thanks to cable installation and a new web browser). And how excellent the new look of the site is!

Anyway, during my absence, I lived in a run-down cottage, without a shower, cable, and sometimes no toilets, with my husband and Li'l Bug (and various wilderness creatures that wandered in). Due to recent events, number one being my husband's move to NYC and my fear of being alone with a creek, barbed wire fence and about 3 miles separating me from the rest of civilization, my son and I have moved back into town. There are about a million stories in between then and now that have brought me back here, craving hipmamadom in all its insightfulness, but to include it all here would exhaust everyone with my extensive use of arbitrary details, as I haven't quite figured out to consolidate the past few months into readable paragraphs. But, I thought I'd let all the folks know that I'm back, hopefully without any more hang-ups, and look forward to catching up on all the happenings!
