tastes like the real thing says my husband. I have never had the real thing but this is damn tasty
Ingredients
| 1 | lb | firm or extra firm tofu, frozen then thawed |
| 1 | unit of celery? Stalk of celery! diced | |
| 1⁄4 | chopped medium red onion | |
| 1 | finely chopped small carrot | |
| 3⁄4 | c | soft tofu |
| 2 | T | plus 1/2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar |
| 1⁄4 | t | sea salt |
| 3⁄4 | t | kelp powder |
| ds | pepper | |
| 2 | T | oil and 2 tbsp braggs liquid aminos |
Instructions
squeeze excess moisture out of the firm tofu and crumble into small pieces into a medium bowl. Combine the tofu, onion, celery and carrot.
In a food processor or blender combine the soft tofu, lemon juice or vinegar, salt, kelp powder, pepper, oil and braggs. Mix it all together.
