1. Cut 1 medium zucchini into thin (about 1/4 inch) slices.
2. Place slices on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
3. Lightly brush both sides of slices with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 2 hours, turning the slices every 30 minutes.
5. Serve with favorite dip. friend, not sure where she got it15I am trying this for the first time today. Here's what I did differently:
1. Used 3 medium zukes. If I'm going to have the oven on for 2 hours, I might as well make a lot.
2. Instead of brushing with oil, I used my favorite technique of putting it all into a big bowl with lid & shaking.
3. I had no parchment paper so I am trying a brown paper bag.
I will let you all know how it goes!ZucchiniOlive OilSalt

How'd it go?
I'm going to have to try this; it meets my stringent standards for a recipe: 4 or less ingredients all of which are on hand.

To me baking is a lot like driving
You know how people always say it'll take about half as long as it will really take to drive anyplace? Recipies are the same way. I think it's a ploy to sell recipe books.
