Description

  • 1 c olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 c white wine
  • 1 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 c roughly torn fresh basil leaves
  • 16 oz , or a little more, mixed shellfish/seafood
  • 1 crusty warm baguette
