Here is my virgin attempt at a blog.

I can't even stomach politics right now. I'm embarressed by my peers (and by my inability to spell correctly). All you northern girls... It aint me! I promise. I did not elect this idiot.
I had a great day though. I'm back in school, 10 years after getting my BA. My kid loves her school and even after her longest (7hr) day, she wants to stay longer. I love her school too. I swear it's the best thing in the world. Today they made felt from the wool of the sheep that they raise. They eat organic food from their garden and they studied architecture. my almost 3 year old came home talking about Buckminster Fuller... and dirty as mud bog.
I wish I could go with her. her education is much more fulfilling than mine. mostly though she says she plays in the sand box. Right on sister! I just took a long walk with a beer and a husband and a sleeping baby and came back and decided to try out this here new site thing and I swear I've never so much as written a hint into my life and I just felt since nobody is really on this site yet and hopefully no one will read this and really I'm just helping bee test out the new equiptment, that I had nothing to lose.
I am not one of those writing mamas. I do not write, I will never have a blog or a zine or a website. I am a half-assed beekeeper and gardener and jive mama dancer and politico and bike advocate and whatever else I wake up feeling like.
Oh, my daughter is dancing like a robot to her wierd thrift store synthasizer (sp?).
god, I hope that I can delete this once I push submit. but.... I promised bee to try stuff.
....here goes.

I'll trade all six of my current websites for a walk with a beer and a husband, a bee hive, and a garden that produces more than weeds!

Looks like you got you a blog to me! :) You're a beekeeper? My father-in-law has bees (I will not pay for honey for many years!). I keep trying to convince the husband to learn how to do it & he's being a weenie about it...

I'm back in school too. Do you s'pose they'd let us go to your kid's school for credit? :D

Yes, it is nice to be back.
I remember many of you and it's like see ing old friends again.
on hM my name was Soyal, in real life it's Spring. I live in Santa Rosa. My girl is almost 3 (halloween). Things are going good. I'm completely computer illiterate, so it's taken me a bit longer to figure out this site. but so far I love it.

Hi honey. I think of you often and wonder how school is going, especially with a new baby. I can't even imagine. How's Sean?
I'm in school too, but I went back to SSU to raise my GPA a bit. I was right on the borderline of competitiveness for getting into the Library program at San Jose.
I am invoved in way too many projects and am totally exhausted by it but loving it at the same time.
I have to go to school like 5 minutes ago, but I will talk to you soon.
I'm all up for postcards again.
