Ugh!
I'm kind of flipping out here. I'm afraid that my 3yo twins are working themselves up into giving up their nap. they've been great sleepers so far, usually a 3 hour nap in the afternoon, then down by 7 and up at 6am.
Thing is- I hate the idea of losing that time I have alone and blissfully quiet. Especially now that they are super whiny, tantrum-throwing three year olds. Selfish, I know. But dag howdy... even an 8 hour day feels pretty long right now!

Hate to say I told you so, but...
Yesterday was my husband's last day at his job. After a verging-on-biblically-epic three and a half years we are: parents of twins. home-in-flux 3x, jobless 2x, and 3 states away from where we started.
We closed on our house, here in Raleigh, NC on April 23rd, and Mr got the boot from his job on May 18th or so.
As if they didn't know he was in the middle of buying a house when they started to think about firing him.

My husband and I have been talking about making the switch from omnivore to vegan.
Any mamas have suggestions on some good literature or websites? Anything that would help with meal planning, especially for toddlers would be really helpful.
